We love all of the feminine fringe on this fabulous top made by Velvet. For starters you will LOVE the feel of the fabric. Part of their slinky rayon collection, it features a rayon blend that is ultra soft. Seriously, it is soft. You won't want to take it off. It has a touch of stretch to it and with a waistband at the bottom the body of the top stays loose and isn't clingy. Don't miss the keyhole button detail in the back. This keyhole is quite an accent beneath the 4 buttons on the turtleneck. Complete with a feminine cap sleeve and little pleats around the neckline that give it that finished touch. Don't miss out on this must have from Velvet. Available in Blue (Marine) and Black. Dry clean only. 95% Rayon, 5% Spandex.
