Part of Velvet's Venice Print Collection, this patterned turtleneck features several details that make it fringeworthy. First, the flair at the base of the sleeves that gives it an added element of distinction. In addition, the turtleneck is more of a mock turtleneck that has a bit of a twist to it so it isn't designed to lay flat. Finally, the fabric is a 95% rayon and 5% spandex so it is dry clean only, but it feels absolutely amazing on. Dry clean only, available as shown in Plum.
