The dress features a fitted style at the bottom with a looser fit at the top featuring wide dolman sleeves. The body of the dress is lined and features a tank top style lining at the top which gives the sleeves a sheer look for added distinction. The hem of the dress is slightly gathered and as shown in the pictures the lower half of the dress is fitted giving you a fashionable style to wear with high heels or high boots. Available in Sail (Navy). The fabric is 85% rayon and 15% polyester. Dry clean only.
