This Splendid top is adorable. We think this top would be cute over a long sleeve navy top in the fall/winter and alone during the spring/summer. We love the frilly sleeve and the tie at the waist. We also love the signature Splendid stripe pattern with contrasting colors with the Navy Blue. This slub jersey is extremely soft. It is also a long top falling at or below the hips. Available in the Navy/Sunset (Red) stripe pattern. Fabric is 57% Polyester/43% Modal. Machine washable.
