Vintage Fringe Shipping Policy

We offer free ground shipping everyday on orders over $50 (excluding outlet items and international orders).

All orders typically ship the same day of your order if placed before 5pm ET Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays).  As soon as your order has shipped you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped and providing you with Fedex tracking information. 

Once you have received your tracking information, you can track your shipment at www.fedex.com.  You can also track your shipments if you create a customer account at Vintage Fringe at view my account.

We ship orders within the United States using Fedex Ground, Fedex 2 Day or Fedex Standard Overnight.  We can ship orders anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice as specified below (except shipments to PO Boxes).  Shipments to APF and FPO Boxes can be processed via International Checkout.  We ship all International Shipments via International Checkout.  See below for additional information about International Orders.

Vintage Fringe provides free shipping everyday for Fedex Ground shipments over $50 that do not include outlet items. 

Information on shipping rates and delivery times are detailed below: 

 *For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii please allow an additional 2 days for Fedex Ground shipments and 1 additional day for Fedex 2 Day shipments.  We reserve the right to ship via USPS for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

Vintage Fringe Returns Policy

We want you to love your clothes as much as we do.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return all Vintage Fringe items for a prompt refund or exchange.  Please note these important guidelines:

• All eligible returns are subject to a $5 return shipment fee which will be deducted from your refund.
• We cannot accept a return on any item that has been worn, washed or altered.
• All returned items must have the original tags attached.
• Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
• Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
• All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
• All Vintage Fringe Outlet purchases are final and no returns will be accepted.

Return instructions are included with your order and the preferred method to request a return is to email us to notify us of the details of the item you wish to return (order number, product name, product number, reason for return, and method of return).  Once we receive this email and confirm that your item is eligible for return, we will email you a shipping label to return your package.  Use this prepaid return invoice and drop your package at a Fedex Ground drop off.
