As you likely already know, we love Splendid for their great stripes and fabrics. This top is no exception. While it is technically a dress, we think this would be awesome as a long tunic length top over leggings. This top features a v neck in both front and back and the front features a tie giving it an empire waist. We also love the Quartz pink color.
