Another absolutely adorable top from Sweet Pea by Stacy Frati. We love the ruffles that accentuate the wide v neck and the contrasting pink fabric below the bust. The belt starts in the back and is in the navy blue pattern on one side and pink on the other so depending on how you twist it you can have a variety of looks and contrast. Available in the Navy and Ivory pattern with Pink accents. 100% Nylon.
