We are happy to accept returns for items that have not been worn, washed or altered and still have original tags attached.
FINAL SALE
We are unable to accept returns on any Final Sale or Flash Sale items as they are final sale given their substantially discounted prices. All Final Sale items will denote that they are final sale on the listing page and all items with a price ending in $.95 are final sale.
REFUNDS
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of store credit. We are unable to accept returns after 60 days from the purchase date. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 7 business days for your payment processor to credit your payment. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
BUNDLED PURCHASE REFUND AMOUNTS
For Bundled Items (Buy X and Y and Save $$$): If you return one item you may either return the additional item or keep it and pay its full retail price. To get a full refund you must return both items.
For Bundled Items (Buy X and Get Y at a discounted price): If you wish to return the original full-price item(s), you may either return the discounted item or you may keep the discounted item and pay its full retail price. To get a full refund you must return both items.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item please submit a return request as outlined below and follow our returns process to request an exchange of the same item. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please contact us at customerservice@vintagefringe.com. For exchanged items, we will cover the cost of 1 additional shipment as long as the exchanged items are of equal or greater value.

Returns that do not have an approved return authorization or are outside of our return process will not be refunded.
